All Rookie Accounts that have not been Active within 14 days after Login/Acquisition will become Dormant

Please be informed that due to compliance reasons and as a precautionary measure the Company accepted the policy that any Rookie account that has not been active within 14 days after login/acquisition has automatically become dormant. 

Re-activation of those accounts will be performed upon a request from the owner and submission or secondary submission of KYC documentation for identity verification. In case of non-provision of the KYC documents the account will be terminated.
